COP26 in Benin City is a COP in the community event targeted at young persons especially those who volunteer for the PAUSE campaign.
PAUSE is an acronym for Protect, Act and Unite for a Safer Environment. The team is made up of young climate actors between the ages of 16-32, who visit communities in Nigeria to sensitize the public on the need to take care of their environments and advocate for the implementation of better climate policies.
This event is aimed at broadening the scope/knowledge of these young climate action volunteers and any other person who wishes to attend.
We would be having a physical gathering and connecting to live events at Glasgow to stay updated on climate change issues being discussed at the global level especially as it concerns young persons.
