Creating a Lifestyle that Empowers
As we move into new times there is a great opportunity to make some important lifestyle changes that will help not just our own well-being but the future of our planet. Starting with a change of our consciousness and attitude to life makes lifestyle changes much easier.
Researcher, Carolin Fraude explores the fascinating area where science and spirituality meet and suggests simple lifestyle routines to empower our day-to-day experience.
Carolin studied educational science, sociology, psychology and philosophy and works at a transdisciplinary research institute on sustainability science in Germany. In her work, she designs, facilitates and researches reflective dialogue formats for various stakeholders at the UN Climate Change conferences. The inner dimension of transformative communication includes changing attitudes, worldviews and perspectives. In addition to her professional work, Carolin draws on her experience of practicing Raja Yoga Meditation with the Brahma Kumaris since 1998. She presently coordinates a meditation school in Berlin and has been part of delegations to UN conferences at the Commission on the Status of Women and the UN Climate Change Conferences since 2013 and is an active member of the Brahma Kumaris Environment Initiative. Carolin´s special interest lies in the interconnectedness of inner and outer transformation, e.g. how transforming and cultivating states of consciousness, attitudes, behaviours and lifestyles can help make the transition towards a sustainable society.
