Ali Newell recently retires as associate chaplain at Edinburgh
University where she was running eco-spirituality courses which use
Capacitar Approaches . Nancy Adams is a Capacitar trainer in
Scotland. Capacitar uses well-being self-care practices for anxiety
and trauma healing in places of conflict/ suffering in the world .
The body practices include simple tai chi, yoga acupressure,
visualization, mindfulness and finger holds . This workshop will
focus on self-care practices for climate activists.

Participation in this event is only in-person and you need to register in advance.
