We all know that nutritional labels on food can help us to choose a healthy diet but what about environmental impact labels? Rosalin Brolly’s research explores the ways environmental impact labels could convey the impact of food production to help us to choose more sustainable foods.
Rosalin is a final year biology student at the University of York with an interest in sustainability, reflected in her research project on environmental impact labels and involvement in student sustainability projects.
