As stewards of the worldŠ—Ès forests, Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLC) are critical to protecting nature and scaling up Nature-based Solutions Š—– but this is only possible if and when they have secure land rights. Greater recognition and increased resources are needed to support Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities to protect forests and nature for people and planet. This event will bring together Indigenous Leaders, Government Ministers and a panel of global experts on the importance of putting IPLC at the centre of Nature-based Solutions.
