We would like to present In the Shadow of the Midnight Sun a collaborative project between Khaled Alesmael, a Syria writer ho applied for asylum in Sweden, Torgeir Vassvik, a climate activist from the Sami community in the Arctic circle; and Juan delGado, a moving image artist involved in socially engaged tackling issues of climate justice, forced migration and identity.
This project was presented online last July as part of the Meteorological Mobilities – we are organising a presentation at the British Museum (London) where Juan and Torgeir will be presenting the project in progress. This event takes part during the exhibition about the ARTIC.
