The Climate Cafes are a monthly event organised by Aberdeen Climate
Action. Each month focuses on a different topic related to climate
action and solutions.
The speakers for this month’s session, focused on agricultural innovations, are:
Dr Rob Hancock (James Hutton Institute): Vertical food growing in Scotland
Dr Isabella Guerrini de Claire (Aurora Sustainability Group): Sustainable mushroom farming and supporting sustainable businesses
Dr Adam Price (Professor, University of Aberdeen): Nitroponics in agriculture project
This
online version of our Climate Cafe will follow the same structure as
our face to face cafes: three 20 minutes presentations will be followed
by an opportunity for you to ask the speaker questions and participate
in the discussion.
