Cohousing in Southern Scotland (CHOISS) is exploring ideas for an inter-generational, environmentally-responsible development at Comiston Farmhouse.
The dream is to create different sizes of homes aiming for affordability for all. The design will reflect a realistic balance between environmental efficiency and cost.
Fairmilehead neighbours and locals are invited along to hear and share ideas: 7.30pm Tuesday 16 February.
The scheme would have a low environmental impact with energy-efficient homes, reduced use of cars, shared facilities, food growing and generating renewable energy!
