n times of crisis we need all the help we can get to manage. Mindfulness is a resource that once learned will support you and help you to thrive in a world full of uncertainties no matter what life throws at you. It is an ancient practice developed 2500 years ago.
In this introduction you will learn what mindfulness is and why it is the missing piece of the puzzle in our modern world when it comes to wellbeing. You will get a taster of how to do it and of course we will discuss why practising mindfulness is particularly important, if you want to be effective in helping to avert the climate crisis.
