An interactive workshop with the Living Lighter Project: Thursday 22nd Oct, 7-9pm.
This online workshop is a led group discussion of the impacts of our daily food choices on climate change and potential actions. With a series of varied activities, including an engaging game, we will explore our options for ‘living lighter’ in terms of the food we choose to eat.
The session, adapted from Carbon Conversations, heralded by The Guardian as one of the top 20 ways to save the world from climate change, is focusing on our food choices. The Salisbury Centre has commissioned The Surefoot Effect Community Interest Company to adapt this session for use by the Salisbury Centre to include mindfulness and relevance to the work of the Centre. This friendly and relaxed session will look at how we can become more aware of the impact of the food we eat on the planet.
Please contact [email protected] with any questions you may have.
Instructions to join the Zoom session will be emailed to participants after registration.
