Event Details

This webinar will highlight the significance of transport emissions and offer actionable steps you can take to achieve government targets by promoting active and sustainable travel within your organisation.

Scotland is committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045. Currently, domestic transport is responsible for the largest share, accounting for more than 25% of all Scotland’s emissions in 2019.

As workplaces across the country are developing their plans for net zero, this collaborative webinar will outline why focusing on walking, cycling, public and shared transport is the most effective tool to reduce our carbon footprint.

With COP26 in Glasgow just around the corner, there has never been a more crucial time for workplaces to take action on climate change. Join us to hear from Keep Scotland Beautiful, Transport Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, TravelKnowHow Scotland, Cycling Scotland and Sustrans on what your workplace can do to reduce your impact, support your employees, and be an active part of the solution.

This event is open to employers and employees across all sectors in Scotland.

Please note the webinar will be held on Zoom.
