Patrick Thelwell is a Politics and International Relations graduate from UoY, currently applying to study a PhD at the York Interdisciplinary Global Development Centre on the need for a Global Democracy to solve humanity’s existential crises. He ran for local council for the Green Party in his second year, and is a passionate climate justice activist.
