Voices From The Hedgerow brings you the history of the hedgerow with the Seed Sistas. Come and take a walk with bramble and rose to discover the forgotten life of the hedgerow near you. We’ll be screening Nettle and Hawthorn – Herbal Astrology and Apple and Damson – Native Hedgerow Superfoods, two family friendly films to learn about the food and medicine from the hedgerow. They has a special focus on the hedgerow itself, why they were planted, what we can learn from them, and how to rediscover their gifts.
There will also be a short documentary of the epic journey along the Spine of Albion up the UK and will bring together indigenous and re-indigenised people from around the world who are connecting to the earth and to one another to stand up for all we are about to lose.
