Event Details

Over the course of two half day workshops, we will explore together how we can help build the cultural conditions necessary to see environmental transformation at the scale required.

What will we cover during the event?

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Reflect on your own values and how they’ve influenced your behaviour and attitudes
  • Learn about how human values work and how they show up in the cultures we live in
  • Explore the reasons why working at the level of cultural change is so important to bringing about systemic and durable environmental transformation
  • Develop new ideas on how to work in recognition of our cultural footprint

PLEASE NOTE: You have to attend both Part 1 (31 October 2023, 09.00-13.00) and Part 2 (2 November 2023, 09.00-13.00), this is not an either/or option. There will be breaks during each session.

Who is delivering the workshops?

This event is being delivered by Ruth Taylor from the Common Cause foundation, which is a non-profit that works to champion and reflect the human values that underpin our care for one another and our living planet in mainstream culture.

Please note spaces are limited so booking is required.

Fife Communities Climate Action Network

Fife Climate Hub empowers community-led action on the climate crisis. We build capacity of existing community groups working on climate and deliver stronger collaboration between them. We reach beyond the climate engaged to grow a diverse network across Fife. We provide a voice for our members to influence local and national policy. Together we are driving change and strengthening climate resilience in Fife.
