Join this one-hour webinar to discuss how buying Fairtrade produce not only benefits farmers who often live below the poverty line in the developing world, but can also help fight the climate crisis.
The event will feature Adam Gardner from the Fairtrade Foundation and a Fairtrade producer will talk about how Fairtrade farmers are supported to become resilient to changes in the climate, through fair prices, technical advice, partner supported programmes and environmentally friendly Fairtrade standards.
Harry Frederick, a local farmer from the Tunbridge Wells area, will talk about how climate change is also affecting farming in the UK, and how he has had to adjust his own farming methods.
