In the face of the climate emergency, we need individuals to feel empowered and engaged to take action. We know that sometimes this can feel overwhelming, and that it can be difficult to bring people with you on the journey.
Join 2050 Climate Group’s online workshop as we tackle this challenge head on by developing skills in storytelling and communication. We will also explore how to take local community action to combat climate change.
Together we’ll hear from brilliant guest speakers; the team at Earth in Common (formerly Leith Community Crops in Pots) and Isabelle Sparrow, Chief Storyteller at Carbon Copy. We will then have the opportunity to work in groups on an interactive activity, exploring individual and community based action though storytelling.

This is the first of two digital events being hosted by 2050 Climate Group over the next two months as part of our Climate Action series. Each event will provide time to focus on and explore areas of local and national action in Scotland through expert led workshops and discussions. Look out for our next event; Zoom Out, coming in April.
