Event Details
We will be cleaning up Newburgh Beach whilst also conducting a bird and marine mammal survey. We will record the different species we see, and submit them into the North East Scotland Biological Records Centre after our trip to help further research into biodiversity in the North East of Scotland.
The date and time of this amazing event will be dependent on tides so please keep an eye on this website in February 2023 for a date and time.
No cost for this event. Public bus to and from Newburgh (plus a walk to the beach). NESBReC data recording and submitting is also free.
Newburgh can be accessed either the 50 or X63 public bus (twice every hour) which goes directly to the Newburgh Inn. Walk to the beach (around 15 minutes).
