Edinburgh’s non-profit mushroom farm and community education project, est. 2020. Combining DIY cultivation with community-centred justice work like shared meals, workshops, campaigning and organising, RHYZE Mushrooms’ work will be rooted in mycelial values: community, collaboration and mutual aid.
