To mark this day, Greenpeace Glasgow and other members of – Glasgow South – will be coming together to lobby – Stewart McDonald – calling on him to support the Warm This Winter campaign demands for warmer, greener homes now and fairer bills forever.
We’ll be bringing cosy knitted hats and scarves, a paper campfire and tambourines. So get hunting for your own bits and bobs. All signs and group banners welcome!
We’ll be handing in messages from constituents that we’ve collected over the past few months and you can fill one in on the day too.
This is part of a national day of action, with people up and down the UK lobbying their MPs to demand the UK government take immediate action to help keep people warm this, and every, winter.
