Event Details

Join us in the lovely grounds of the Saughtonhall Community Hall each MONDAY from 9.30-11.30am for nature play and to meet other parents.

Enjoy nature play at its best: play, explore the grounds, make mudpies, look for minibeasts, collect sticks, make mini-dens and make new friends.

Bring your own drink and snack. Please dress for the weather.

Tickets are priced for 1 adult/1 child, additional children can be added to a maximum of 3 children per order. Under 1’s go free. Older siblings are welcome to attend during the holidays.

Places are limited as we are trying to keep the group small.

Access to the grounds is from Baird Terrace , EH12 5 RR through a large gate. The grounds can also be accessed from Saughtonhall Avenue ( a small path to the left of Saughtonhall community hall)

The Green Team

The Green Team is a voluntary organisation providing outdoor experiences for young people, supporting them to learn about and connect with nature. We provide a range of programmes and events for young people to take part in environmental volunteering projects, making improvements to local greenspaces and learning about the natural environment. Young people can achieve a range of awards such as the John Muir Award and DofE Award. Weekend projects are led by highly experienced teams of staff and volunteer leaders.
