Event Details

All are welcome to register for this exciting online event, where Simon Sharpe will present his very recently [CUP] published book “Five Times Faster: Re-thinking the Science, Economics and Diplomacy of Climate Change”.

Policy insider Simon will outline how he thinks some of the most dominant and prevailing ideas need review and how he feels institutions are mis-advising governments. He will also comment on questions posed by scientists and on the Paris Agreement (which he calls the greatest public relations gamble in history).

Dr Clive Mitchell (NatureScot) will then respond to his presentation and engage in facilitated discussion before Q&A between the audience and panel.
