This Crisis Demands Action! Hear from activists across the world on the key issues facing the Climate Justice Movement as we come together on Nov 12 across Britain and Ireland in solidarity with the COP27 Global Day of Action.
From the national & global cost of living crisis, climate impacts in the global south and the demand for climate reparations, the urgent need to end fossil fuel extraction and for a workers-led justice transition, and the fight for civil, political and human rights in Egypt, the speakers will outline their demands and resistance as part of the interconnected fight for Climate Justice.
Our international allies will highlight key issues at COP27, including the human rights abuses that must be central to the international response. We will share information and updates on how to get involved in mobilisations here, with space for local and regional groups to share their plans and priorities for Nov 12.
