How will climate change impact our ageing population? What is needed at a local level to build climate resilient communities that support people to age well? How can we work together to develop joined-up responses to ageing and the climate emergency?
Together, we will explore how we can build inclusive age-friendly places including outdoor spaces, housing, transport, health and social care and the environment that are resilient to climate change.
This co-design event will bring together two groups of people:
- key organisations from the public, private and voluntary sector
- the local community i.e. members of the public
The workshop is run by the Healthy Ageing in a Changing Climate project team.
This in person workshop will include tea/coffee and lunch.
