Event Details

ABOUT THE EVENT: We are inviting anyone interested in climate justice to this relaxed event where we will spend an afternoon enjoying food and discussions shortly after COP27 will have taken place in Egypt. We will have reflections from some of our activists who attended COP27 and will be discussing the topic of loss and damage. You don’t have to be an expert on COP or climate justice as this event is for anyone who wants to learn more and we will be sharing food and knowledge together!

This is a potluck style event and everyone is encouraged to bring along their favourite food and drinks to share (no alcohol though!). It does not matter how much you bring but if it is shop bought please keep the packaging so allergens are clear and if home made please write down what it contains so we keep everyone safe.

ABOUT US: This event is a collaboration between UK Youth Climate Coalition and 2050 Climate Group. UK Youth Climate Coalition is made up of 18-29 year olds who volunteer and collaborate to work towards achieving climate justice. 2050 Climate Group are a group based in Scotland empowering, equipping & enabling young people to take climate action towards a just and sustainable society.
