Event Details

What makes food sustainable? Join us for lunch, and to discuss how improving our food system can help combat climate change. All kinds of knowledge and experience welcome, and you will have the opportunity at the end to contribute a page to a booklet representing the discussion.

We’ll be discussing:

  • What do you consider to be sustainable food?
  • What are some of the barriers to eating more sustainably?
  • How do ethnic minority identities, food sustainability and food systems issues overlap and interact? Do you think there is a correlation?
  • What is happening in Glasgow to create a more sustainable food system?

We would love you to join us to contribute to our friendly and informal discussion.
