Event Details

Organized UWS Creative Student Commission: Arts & Media Division.

‘Consumption, Apathy and Alternate Realities’ is an interdisciplinary
arts conversation engaged with Cop26, the climate crisis and lived
experiences, thoughts and feelings of the UWS student body.

Situated in a space of historical significance, the old Govan Town Hall,
now Film City, this piece of work will explore the significance of our
changing world. Through the sharing of arts identity, installation, live
performance, music and visual works this arts collective will consider
projection, the essence of passing time and the space we hold within it.

The instillation gallery will run on 12th November 2021 with live
performances starting at 2pm and 5pm.

We would like to invite the public to join our conversation and stand as
proof of the importance that arts hold as a call for action, exploring our
motivation and very human hearts.

This is now, this is happening, we are engaged, we are present.
