Event Details

Join Amy Dakin Harris on 25th June for Embodied Grief, a workshop to deepen our roots & building support in the face of ecological destruction, organised by Market Gallery.

Inspired by Joanna Macy’s book ‘Coming Back to Life’, there will be invitations to participate in embodied meditation, gentle movement, and a herbal tea ceremony. This will be a space for personal reflection and group sharing.

No prior movement experience is required to participate, and all movement is optional. Travel and childcare bursaries are available, please get in touch to request them at [email protected] . Market Gallery is wheelchair accessible.

Although this is a one-off workshop, Amy hopes that a longer-term practice group can be formed in order to process these themes in more depth. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining long term but cannot make this session.
