How do we make sure everyone’s voices are heard as groups make decisions togetherWhat are some ways to reconcile differences in opinion? How do you design an agenda to ensure all of the important points are covered? How do we ensure that our meetings are as inclusive and accessible as possible?
These questions may not be glamorous but facilitating great meetings is key to the success of any activist group, campaign, or movement. In this training with Young Friends of the Earth Scotland we’ll explore this and more. You should leave feeling equipped with the skills and knowledge you’ll need to volunteer to facilitate meetings, within and outside the Stop Rosebank campaign.
