FINITE: The Climate of Change is an insider’s view of the world of direct action; a raw, authentic and emotional insight into the David and Goliath battle between front line communities, activists and fossil fuel corporations.
Picturehouse Green Screen is an environmental documentary screened presented, where possible, in conjunction with a community group. It is followed by a panel discussion made up of local experts then, site permitting, an invitation to continue the conversation in the cinema’s bar or cafe to connect and share ideas.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Clara O’Callaghan (they/them) – cybersecurity student in Edinburgh and Just Stop Oil activist; Thomas Davison – local resident and anti-opencast coal campaigner featured in the film — director Rich Felgate; and hosted by Rachel Caplan, impact producer specialised in environmental documentary film.
