FRS Swap Shop & Social

Wardrobe in need of a refresh? Got bundles of items you keep meaning to list on Depop, Vinted or eBay? Come along to try clothes swapping on a local level, at our new Swap Shop & Social events.

Join the Fashion Revolution Scotland team from 6pm until late in the downstairs space at Harmonium in Edinburgh.

Taking part is super easy:

• Bring a maximum of 5 clothing items you’re happy to part with. Make sure these items are in good condition – we like to think of them as items you’d be happy to give a friend! Garments in all sizes, shapes, and styles, and for anyone to wear are all welcome.
• You’ll then be able to browse the rails and pick out new items brought along by fellow swappers.

Our team of volunteers will be on hand to help you with any questions or direction you need on the night. There’s access to toilets in the downstairs space if you wish to try items on before committing to taking them home. Plus, the bar is open, and we’d love to chat about what we do and learn some more about you over a pint!

Entry and taking part is completely free. Bring some friends or come on your own to make new ones, have a browse, and choose a greener way to shop for items new to you.

*Please note: Unfortunately Harmonium’s event space downstairs is not wheelchair accessible. However, our volunteer team will be more than happy to help facilitate swaps by bringing items in your size/style upstairs to you, or any other way we can make this event as accessible as possible for you!

A bit about Harmonium…

Harmonium opened in June 2017, the little sister of the Glasgow stalwarts behind Stereo & co. On the menu you’ll find all their dishes are free from animal produce or derivatives and, true to the area, they’ve developed a subtle maritime twist amongst juicy quarter pounders, stone baked pizzas and rich, unforgettable desserts.
