Are you a student (new or old) or new to Aberdeen? Do you enjoy visiting the beach
Are you a student (new or old) or new to Aberdeen? Do you enjoy visiting the beach and spending time outdoors? Or do you want to get outside more?!
Join the East Grampian Coastal Partnership for a fresher’s week beach clean – starting at Aberdeen Beach Ballroom.
Our safety briefing and equipment handout will start at 10:00 and we will wrap up back at the Ballroom area at 12:00/12:30 (Stay as long as you wish!).
Beach cleaning equipment will be provided including gloves, bags, pickers, sharps box and sanitizer. Volunteers are reminded to dress appropriately for the conditions on the day and bring their own refreshments.
This is an event for all so please do bring along your friends and family. Under 18s should be accompanied by an adult at all times. This event is a ideal way to get to know your new flat mates or course mates whilst also helping clean up the beach and getting some fresh air!
Also, check out your local clubs and societies in Aberdeen! (Clubs are a great way to meet new people and gain valuable life skills and experiences).
