Description:
The climate crisis is already having major impacts on mental health, especially for young people around the world. Join us for a screening and discussion of “Gen Z Mental Health: Climate Stories”, which explores these issues from the perspective of “Gen Z” youth dealing with the intersecting stresses of climate change, economic precarity, and an uncertain future.

After screening the film we will have a short panel discussion, featuring David Somervell from the Climate Psychology Alliance, followed by small group discussions and a Q&Aon the issues and feelings provoked by the film.
This will be an opportunity to connect with some of the difficult emotions raised by climate change, and learn about strategies to develop emotional resilience and well-being even in the face of our uncertain climate future.
